My Name is Nicole the owner of Alphex Coaching. I am an accredited strength and conditioning coach (ASCC) based between Blackpool and Preston areas in Lancashire, England, with over 16 years of experience in sports and health.

Nicole was my tutor for my BWL2 qualification. I was particularly impressed by the amount of enrichment I received outside of what was provided on the course outline and genuinely feel as though I came out of that weekend with a valuable learning experience!
